1.Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 7cc online gaming platform, accessible at 7cc.onl and any associated mobile applications or interfaces ("the Platform"). By creating an account, logging in, or placing any bet or wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

7cc reserves the right to request documentation to verify eligibility at any point during the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation within 7 calendar days of request may result in account suspension.

3.Account Registration

Each player may register only one account with 7cc. When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. You undertake to promptly update your account information if any details change.

7cc reserves the right to refuse registration or close an existing account at its sole discretion, without providing a reason, provided that any undisputed balance at the time of closure is returned to the player via the original deposit method where technically feasible.

Username and password selection is the sole responsibility of the player. Passwords must meet the minimum security requirements specified at the point of registration. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

4.Deposits and Withdrawals

7cc reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large or unusual withdrawal requests. During any such review, the withdrawal may be temporarily held for up to 5 business days. Players will be notified of any such hold via their registered contact method.

5.Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, 7cc offers promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other incentives to eligible players. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published at the point of offer, in addition to these general Terms.

Unless stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms, the following general bonus conditions apply:

6.Game Rules and Fair Play

8.Responsible Gaming

Nothing in these Terms limits 7cc's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12.Account Inactivity

An account is classified as inactive if no login activity is recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. 7cc reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity fee to dormant accounts, as disclosed in the current fee schedule. Players will be notified by their registered contact method before any inactivity fee is first applied.

Accounts that remain inactive for 36 consecutive months and hold a zero balance may be permanently closed. Accounts with a positive balance will not be closed without reasonable notice and without making the balance available for withdrawal.

13.Amendments to These Terms

7cc may update or amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via their registered contact method or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where an immediate change is required by applicable law or to address an urgent security concern.

If you do not agree with any amendment, you may close your account before the amendment takes effect without penalty. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

14.Complaints and Dispute Resolution

15.Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or regulatory authority of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any promotion-specific terms communicated to you at the point of offer, constitute the entire agreement between you and 7cc with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings of any nature.
